Unfortunately, no. Being a digital product and unlike hard goods, once you have purchased and downloaded a music file, Feel Free cannot offer a refund unless an error has occurred. If you would like to "listen before you buy"

Where is my track or album (files)?

Accepted Answer

You will receive separate audio files to download onto your device.
Audio tracks will be emailed to you immediately upon successful payment.

There are only a few reasons why this happens. Most often the case is the email found its way to your junk folder.

Can I download directly to my smartphone or tablet?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can download these tracks onto your phone, but it'll likely be more convenient to download them on your laptop/desktop first, add them into your music player (i.e. iTunes), and then transfer the audio tracks to your mobile device. This way you can play it directly in (i.e. iTunes) with album artwork, tiltes, etc. Its more convenient that way.
